Versatile entry-level tripod with large maximum working height
The Walimex pro WT-3570 Basic tripod is a versatile and very sturdy
entry-level tripod for photo and video shots. It offers a maximum working height
of 168 cm and a 3D panhead as tripod head. It provides many practical features
at an attractive price, is very stable and has an enormous maximum height of 168
cm. Despite the solid construction and the wide range of features of this
tripod, the Walimex pro WT-3570 only weighs 1,495 g, including the tripod head.
A carrying bag and a smartphone holder are included and complete the high
quality range of features.
Large maximum working height and impressive stability
The tripod has an especially large maximum working height of 168 cm including the tripod head, and a minimum working height of 63 cm. Thanks to the integrated crank handle in the tripod shoulder, you can adjust the height infinitely and to the nearest millimetre and lock it reliably with a fixing screw. The three legs made from aluminium are anodised and very sturdily made. They have a maximum diameter of 29 mm and comfortable flip-lock levers.
The mid-spreader ensures a good level of sturdiness, so the leg angle can be adjusted infinitely. The large footprint of a maximum of 1.05 m, in combination with the very large dimensions of all parts, ensures an impressive stability. You can also add accessories like a bag to the weight hooks to ensure excellent stability, even in difficult conditions or with light equipment.
Rubber feet with level compensation ensure stability on any surface – whether inside in the studio, or outdoors, as a travel tripod.
Easy to use and high-quality features
The Walimex pro WT-3570 tripod, thanks the spirit level on the head,
and a bubble level on the tripod shoulder, ensure fast and precise alignment. A
carry handle on the tripod shoulder also ensures the tripod is easy and
comfortable to carry. The tripod and the panhead can take up to 4 kg and your
equipment can be easily and quickly mounted with a quick-release plate with a
1/4-inch connector screw. The quick-release plate is extra-large, measuring 75 x
55 mm, and thanks to the convenient locking lever can be released and secured in
just seconds.
Very useful in practice, something which certainly cannot be taken for granted
for all entry-level tripods – additional quick-release plates for the WT-3570
can be purchased separately (Walimex no. 13824). A carrying bag and a smartphone
mount are included.
3D panhead with a wide adjustment range
The inbuilt 3D video panhead offers you the possibility of panning your
camera by 360 degrees and to tilt it by 90 degrees for portrait format shots.
Vertical panning can be made in a very controlled way thanks to the extremely
wide angle range of -100° to +100° (forward and backward), without causing
wobble. Individually usable fixing screws will secure your equipment in the
desired position.
The Walimex pro WT-3570 is, therefore, ideally suited for light and even
medium-weight DSLR cameras, mirrorless DSLM and system cameras, digital cameras
and action cams. Thanks to the smartphone adapter, the tripod is also perfect
for shots and videos with your smartphone.
