The Walimex pro lamp stand AIR 380 Deluxe is a high-quality solution for studio photography with high demands. The very well manufactured stand offers a working range of 120 to 380 cm height and can thus be used very flexibly. Even with large extension heights, it remains very stable. This is ensured by 4 centre column segments (3 extendable) with a tube diameter of considerable 40, 35, 30 and 25 mm. Stability and lasting product quality with first-class support are also guaranteed by the very generously dimensioned and easy-to-use fasteners. You can attach studio flashes, area lights, spotlights, reflectors or other equipment weighing up to an enormous 15kg to this stand.
Comfortable air damping and variable adapter system
The air damping is the special feature of this stand, as it ensures a high level of comfort and the necessary safety for your equipment when lowering the individual stand sections. The connection adapter is removable and offers the widely used standard 5/8 spigot (16mm spigot) connection with additional 1/4 and 3/8 inch threaded connections. This adapter connection can be used on the top as well as on the side of the head of the stand, so that e.g. booms can also be used. Despite all the convincing stability and high-quality features, the stand only weighs 2,700 grams and is very compact with a transport length of 120 cm. Even the maximum required footprint of Ø 105 cm is still very moderate for a studio tripod in this category.
