Manifold application possibilities
The reflector cover with wavy gold-coloured coating is very well suited as main or effect light in portrait photography. It provides a warmer light characteristic. The silver cover, on the other hand, reflects the incident light directly, very harshly and coolly. For this reason, it is mainly used in product photography as a main and effect light. But photographers also appreciate it as effect light for brightening. A soft and colour-neutral brightening can be achieved very well with the white coated reflector. The light characteristic is very homogeneous and uniform. The black cover is suitable for darkening individual areas in portrait photography, for example. Especially in portrait photography it is used for selective lighting. Most photographers know the diffuser screen of the actual reflector from portrait photography on location, for example in order to soften the sunlight and thus obtain a very soft, almost indirect illumination. As a background it can also be illuminated from behind, which provides a bright radiance behind the motif. This means that even high-key shots can be professionally produced.
Round shape
Due to their design, round reflectors are ideal for both portrait and product photography. Whether as brightening or effect light, these reflectors are always the first choice. Usually such reflectors are held by an assistant, but it is also possible to fasten them with universal clamps or hang them on the loop.
High quality workmanship
The folding reflector is of excellent quality. Its sewn extra-strong spring ring guarantees smooth and crease-free reflective surfaces. Used as a background, this reduces post-processing time on the PC. The fabric carrying bag protects the reflector from dirt.
