With only 509 g the new model of the lens is even lighter than the previous model which makes it the perfect companion while traveling. Due to its compactness, it fits perfectly in almost all camera bags. The brand-new Samyang L-STM autofocus is run by a linear stepper motor which makes it faster and quieter than its predecessor. Equipped with this the autofocus captures crystal clear pictures, even with moving objects. Whether photo or video – the quality of the AF 85mm F1.4 meets highest standards.

Professional functions – always up to date
A real improvement is the addition of the Custom Switch and the Focus Hold Button. The Custom Switch enables a comfortable aperture control via the focus ring. Our separate lens station gives additional options for fine tuning the autofocus and enhancements through updates. So you can always be up to date!
Depending on the camera model the Focus Hold Button can be programmed individually like f.e. hold the eye-autofocus and save this setting.
