New to all MK2 lenses is the iris, which now features 9 rounded blades. This creates beautiful round highlights in bokeh or 18-ray solar stars. All lenses are coated with Samyang's own Ultra-Multi-Coating (UMC), which prevents aberrations, ghosting and lens flares. All lenses resolve over 8K and offer a full format image circle. The proven optical design of the first generation has been retained. The lens hood is removable on almost all lenses, only the 14mm/T3.1 has a fixed hood.
Due to their compact design and low weight, the lenses are particularly suitable for use on the drone, on the gimbal, on the car mount, for action shots and on the handheld camera. Thanks to the low close-up limit of the individual lenses, you can also use them in cramped situations without any problems.

Ready for Follow Focus
Change the lenses in no time at all! With the Samyang MK2 series of video lenses, the gear rims for focus and aperture are positioned identically so that you hardly need to change anything on your rig. The focus range of 139° to 250° (depending on the lens) and the aperture range of 36° to 48° (depending on the lens) allow for finest adjustments.

A proven set
The lenses are delivered in their individual packaging. In addition, you will receive the Mantona outdoor protective case L (article number 18509) with the matching inlay (article number 20616). This perfectly fitting foam inlay offers you 6 compartments for the safe storage of your lenses. You can remove the middle part to create extra space for other equipment. The case is water- and dustproof, shockproof and features eyelets for a padlock. A pressure compensation valve ensures safety when travelling by plane or up high mountains. The case also comes with four foam inlays that you can cut to size.
